  • Take regular exercise
  • Wear lighter clothing and layers
  • Sleep in a cooler room
  • Keep stress levels to a minimum
  • Avoid triggers, such as spicy foods, caffeine, smoking or alcohol
  • Use fans and water sprays to cool yourself
  • Take a change of clothes
